2019 VW Redesign and Price

Research the 2019 VW with our expert reviews and ratings. The 2019 VW is a front-drive midsize sedan slotting above the compact. In addition to the 1.5T and 2.0T gas-powered models, there’s also a hybrid variant.

2019 VW Performance

The 2019 VW First Drive

Moving up to the 2019 VW EX-L trim adds a power operated passenger seat, a 10-speaker audio system, memory function for the driver’s seat, a leather-wrapped shift knob, leather upholstery, and an optional navigation system. The range-topping 2019 VW Touring grade adds 19-inch alloy wheels, a head-up display, adaptive dampers, full LED headlights, ventilated and heated front seats, wireless charging, heated rear seats, and parking sensors.

New 2019 VW Concept

In a 2018 First Test, we noted that when the midsize sedan is equipped with the optional 2.0-liter turbo-four, the 2019 VW offers strong acceleration, making it slightly quicker than its V-6-powered predecessor. The 2019 VW provides more cargo room than most in its class and has easy-folding second-row seats. We like the modern design of the 2019 VW but wished the center screen was a little larger and was canted toward the driver.

 2019 VW Review

But this time, we have no hesitation in recommending the 2019 VW to enthusiasts as well as our automotively apathetic friends and family. Road noise, on the other hand, continues to be an issue in the 2019 VW. The interior is a class above with high-quality materials everywhere.
